does the 92-93 civic have the outer fog light holes in black or is it color matched with the same color of the car on a stock car.

I believe it was 94-95 when they color matched the outer vents/fog light holes. But I'm not 100% positive. But I know my 92 & 93's have had the vents black from the factory

94-95 civic coupe/hatch front bumper vents are color matched with the car finish along with the rear bumper lower lining. 92-93 were not.

Not true my friend . I have a 94 hatch DX and my bumper vents are black and original color of the car is blue !

check your rear bumper if the whole bumper is blue including the lower portion. the previous owner may have replaced the front bumper.
