NEED HELP!! ITR wing on a 99 SI???

I was curious to know if a ITR Wing would fit an EM1??
Is the rear span where the wing mounts for each car the same??

i know it will fit well just not sure if the factory bolt holes line up the same cause the one i saw was on an si that didnt have a factory spoiler installed

Approximate distance between front bolts: 45-1/4"

Approximate distance between rear bolts: 44-3/4"
