I went to autobacs in stanton to get my car aligned. The lady there looks at my tires and says the fronts are worn out. so i replyed. "well ill just rotate them myself after getting them aligned". But she said rotating or getting new tires messes up the whole alignment and i would need to come back again after rotatin them or just pay for them to do it. The first reation in my head was, this lady is an idiot. Is she correct or am i the idiot?

She is wrong, simply changing tires will not change your alignment. Suspension changes like new springs, shocks, tie rod ends, different lcas, etc would change it.

Call the ladies manager and tell him his sales tactics need a good re-evaluation or your going to call the BBB. ****...I can't stand it when businesses try and scam.

And ya, kinda suprised it was autobacs being the ones trying to just get a few more extra bucks out of me that way.

iono i don't trust autobacs as much... Seems they usually hire anyone for the street and placed them at a post. Everytime i asked them some questions, i get directed to someone else which leads me going in circles
