Question about Prelude Suspension?

Wanting to know if a 99 Prelude Suspension is the same as an 90+ Accord? I have a friend that wants to go with an Omni Full Coilover Kit Suspension....but Omni doesn't have an application listed for the 5th Gen Ludes, but Omni does have a kit for the 90+ Accord. Please some help...it would be much appreciated!

Let me know what's my situation at hand.

won't fit. i believe the top hats are different.
