Default should i keep my fmu?

i have a uberdata p28 with a walbro 255lph pump and 720cc injectors.... should i keep my vortec 12:1 fmu as a safety precaution? to make sure fuel pressure dosent drop? or would it be bad to keep?

Get rid of it. FMU's are worthless, especially if you have engine management like uberdata. The FMU puts a lot of needless stresson your injectors. Replacing it with a 1:1 FPR would be smart though, since you're boosted.
