Rear wiper removal - where do you get the plug?
Ive been looking forever to figure out where i can get the plug for the removal of the rear wiper. Someone help. Is it something OEM or whats the story?

011 76707-ST7-000 SEAL, WIPER 1 1997 INTEGRA 5.63 4.48
Call your Acura dealer with that part number and make sure that's it. List price is $5.63

You can get the plug right off your firewall, near the battery area at the bottom right corner of the battery.

Or you can buy the correct, actual factory parts.

yeah, but if you are lazy you can just buy/remove the firewall plug. Looks just as good if not better IMO
and both pieces are factory parts, but neither came factory installed so there is no "correct" part.

Funny thing about removing that plug -- I had a mouse find it's way into my car with that plug removed. Just spend the $7.00 on the factory metal plug.

The parts listed are actually factory wiper delete parts from the base model EG hatch, which did not come with a rear wiper.

I would actually use that plug in the firewall but actually just order one. It looks a lot better with the rubber plug vs the metal plug.

haha, a mouse, that's funny.
Yeah, my cx beater had the wiper delete but I never got around to putting it on the R, and I just thought a brand new firewall plug from the dealer looked better anyway. It's just a personal preference, either one is clean.

I called acura and they are morons, but i called honda and ordered the plug from a 92-95 Civic Cx. Is that the plug thats going to work?
why would you remove the plug off the firewall? Obviously its there for a reason, i mean unless you guys like the idea of water leaks, and stinky moldy carpets. Especially in oregon where its raining 9 months out of the year.
Len or the firewall (where mine came from)
