I recently bought a Js Racing 70RR Titanium Header Back Exhaust for my S2000 and I am very happy with the purchase. It is 129.4 DB. I was wondering if there are any exhaust that are of that quality and loudness with the mean racing aggression for My RSX-S. Not Apex Rice sound.

 

Why not just stay with the J's and get the 70RR for the RSX. You will have to acquire the ITR 4-2 pipe, as it comes with a new 2-1 pipe mated up to the 70mm piping. Check out the VTEC Club#2 DVD, or check this link I grabbed the audio from the DVD and set it up inside a WMV file.

Or you can go AMUSE R1 Titan non-resonated*

The problem is I will have to custom fabricate as the 70 RR is s2000 only and wont be released until fall 2005 and only prototypes are out. So for now I am Stock. Plus its a 2 month waiting list and i am 2 weeks in on the one for my s2000. Any suggestions such as the veilside.

 

It hasn't been released as of yet? Damn they need to update the webpage. I thought it was already out. I edited my post above to include a vid of my Amuse. The sound is altered a bit because of the Toda manifold, but without the Toda, it sounded deeper. The Toda changed the tone.

I love the sound it emits! Can't say if the cars around me do, but I know I do.

 

Do you know if its header back or cat back with a straight pipe? It sounds greatfor an RSX

 

The Amuse is just a cat-back. Like I said with the stock ITR exmani, the sound was a bit different, inside the cabin it sounded deeper in tone, when I put the Toda on, the gases just escaped at a greater velocity and not having a cat the tone changed to what it is there in the vid.

Yes Mugen has a 70mm exhaust, but it too starts from the 2-1 downpipe, so again you will need to pick up the ITR 4-2 or Spoon(actually Vision) one.
