Default Fully Built GSR in DB8 4 Door Integra Times?? Need feedback please...

I tried the search function; both current and archived, and I could not find any information about 1/4 mile times for a built GSR in a DB8 integra. I know not many people do it cause DB8s are hella heavy. Any feedback is appreciated. Time slips, dynos, etc.

I am currently getting my motor built. The block is pretty much stock. It is going in my 98 DB8. I was wondering if anyone out there has any info. My goal is to hit low 13's, and if possible high 12s (which I highly doubt).

Just wanted to clarify, I am not asking you guess my numbers, I am looking for numbers from people with the similar setup or people that know of a similar setup.

Once, again its currently getting built. No numbers right now, but I am expecting 200-210whp and 130-140wtq.

Ill get some numbers up once its done.

Here is a summary of my setup:

bottom-
rebuilt GSR Block
0.25 OS PR3 Pistons edit: chnged pistons
polished and balanced rotating assembly
6 puck copper/copper clutch
lightened flywheel
tranny: gsr w/ LSD

top-
GSR head
blox stage 2 cams
supertech valve train
PnP with 3 angle valve job
port matched to manifold
Blox manifold
rpm service 68mm TB port matched
ITR cold air intake
RC 440 Injectors
Profab Header
2 1/4 piping
no cat

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

I'll be doing a similar set-up in a '95 DB8, and I'm interested in the feedback...

One here with jdm itr pistons, alaniz comp port, and jun III's and chipped p28 ran 14.7 or 14.6, at like 94 mph. It also trapped at 97 a few times. Times were street tires, 2.2 was the best sixty foot.

Also has b16 tranny.

NO offense but your setup isnt going to make 200+ whp and 140+ tq.. i could see it if it were a b20V or LSV but i dont see itr pistons in a gsr block bringing 140+tq... ddont set your goals so high with that motor.. you will just set yourself up for dissapointment.

With your build i would say around 185/135... which in your car will hit 14's

this guy is running an ls crank and he is expecting 10-30 whp less. He will also pull more torque with that crank then a stock gsr

So i would not be surprised to see this set-up make past 200whp. Good luck....

I honestly think I will make more power then 185. Not sure about tq numbers I am currently running stock block GSR, stage 1 blox cams, blox manifold, all the boltons, with chipped p28. I tuned and dynoed(dynojet) and pulled a 177whp / 123 wtq. Rom tuned by Redzone. edit: prada_2o0o, I am positive I will gain more than 185whp.

Thanks for pointing that out drchulo. Yes. I am running a better header than the other guy, and I am getting head work done with everything port matched. So I am expecting 200 +. As for the tq, possibly lower numbers. If not, then oh well. Ill try to do something else to get my goals.

Thanks for all the feedback guys. Keep it comming!!

I could see maybe 195.. but to say over 200 for a rather stock build is a high expectation.. especially with only ITR pistons... instead of guessing why dont you go to the dyno...

You are believing that it is all in the compression, well its not. The key to making power in a N/A street honda is head flow, tuning and using the proper parts. You would be surprise to see the numbers people are pulling here stock block.
