any way to add decent horse without exaust?

if any one knows any way to add some decent horse without an exaust or something redicually expensive please respond. thanks

what car?

and exhaust doesnt add decent horsepower. maybe 1-3 depending on what motor and company.

I suppose it depends on your definition of "ridiculously expensive", but in this case your best horsepower value is probably an intake system from eBay.
