I have a 94 civic ex with i/h/e and high flow cat. Im looking at getting pulley's, cam gear, feul rail, fuel pressure regulator, chip, and intake manifold What would these mods put me around horsepower or 1/4 mile times?

 

Nobody knows how much HP you'll make, or what your 1/4 mile time will be, but I'll guarantee you this, it'll be slow.

Pulleys=worthless
cam gear= worthless without a cam and tuning
fuel rail=worthless
FPR=worthless unless you need it for tuning
chip=super worthless, as it'll just make your car run rich (not tuned for your application)
intake mani= only mod worth anythign on this list, and since you already have a Z6 mani, it's pretty much a waste of money.
