Hi since I am looking for a K series header for my k24/k20 searching is not easy on this site, as this thread is to be used to help others that may not be able to find info so easy.

If anyone has pics of the header please post them up as the thread can help people out.

I like the header up until the exit of the collector, looks like you're trying to give it a venturi effect?

Helping you out...

Optical allusion .Yeah it does look kinda funny in the picture. But its like the other headers .That's a 1 3/4 merge with a 2" out to 2 1/2.The length is for around 5000 to 10,000rpm.Any shorter than that will be above A K-motors RPM range.

1 3/4 is kinda small isn't it? how do you think this header would work on a K24 with tghe lower 6500-7000 Red line...

You got any better pictures?

Money can get you almost anything you want.I will do a 6" collector. If your going to buy it.And the other guy.The ports on a K-series head are the same size as the inside of a 1 5/8 tube.So I ran 1 5/8 then stepped it to 1 3/4.Now if you have a K-24 and you made the ports bigger,And the head flowed more air. Then I would use a bigger size tube.

Maybe you don't understand how that works. If you have a head that flows say,280cfm .On a 1600cc motor right? Then you put that same head on a 6000cc motor .Its still going to flow 280cfm.

If you have a garden hose and the water is all the way on,And you put a bigger hose on the end of the other one .Is more water going to come out?
No its just going to take longer to fill the bigger hose up.

this is on 91 octane, K20A-R full exhaust, rcrew intake, rcrew pimp, rcrew header, and kpro tuned by me. this is exactly the same way it runs on the street. no dyno only hp tricks.

i have had people dyno here on my dynapak, and run on a dynojet... and thanks to Jeff Evan's advice on how to set the ramp rate... ours actually read lower.
