My car is green. If I paint the car to another color, how do I get all the paper work done? As in, if they pull me over and check my car, its suppose to be green but its a different color. The cop probably thinks I stole the car or something. What should I do to get everything clear out just incase something arise? Do I even talk to my insurance company? If its a different color, do they jack up the rates?

um.. i don't think it really matters.. screw cops and don't tell your insurance company.. they don't care.

 

Nah just go to the local DMV and talk to them, when police pull up records of your car it runs into the DMV mainframe i believe. I don't think they gonna jack up the price for insurance, but are you painting the whole car? like engine bay trunk etc.?? or just outisde?

If you really want correct information of your car you go to the DMV, and insurance company cause when cops ask for your registration it will say differently if u dont tell insurance and i dont think they will charge u for that hard part be waiting at DMV
