Default Dry carbon hood for JDM front DC2?

This might sound crazy but I want to get a DRY CF hood for my Integra. Does anyone make one or is capable of making one?

I've heard rumors that the Spoon CF hood is dry carbon. Is the actual Spoon CF hood dry carbon? From the pictures that I've seen of it...it looks like it's wet.

just out of curiousity, would dry be lighter than said "wet" carbon?

is that the purpose?
