any help/feedback is great!

ok, so $70 for clutch disc, and another $65 for the pressure plate, would it be better just to get the clutch set- matched?

Yes that would be better. At my job (acura dealer) we replace the clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, and the throwout bearing. Its expensive but I'm a do it right the first time guy. Good luck. Be careful with that slave cylinder. Nothing strips faster than that 10mm brake line. Also don't forget to lubricate the rod on the slave cylinder or it will squeek. Happened to me.

permetex white lithium grease, be liberal on the inside of the thorw out bearing, the shift fork where it rests on the nipple and the part with the slave cylinder pushes out the piston onto the fork.
Is white lithium really the grease you wanna use here??
Helms calls for some "high temp urea" grease but if this matches the functionality of the white lithium, then cool.
Aside from the kit containing the clutch disk, pressure plate, throw out bearing and pilot bearing, hopefully it will also come with the clutch alignment tool too.
And get your flywheel resurfaced. I did a clutch job on my stock Y7 and didn't resurface the wheel - its biting me in the *** now.

All 92-00 SOHC Civic clutches should all work SI or not. I would order the one from clutch city they have great prices. Yup I am sure they mean B series SI.
A heads up because i ran into this problem in the middle of my first clutch replacement, just a few things you will need, and i hope i remember sizes correctly.
You will need a 12 point, 10 mm socket to remove the pressure plate bolts
and as well a 12 point 17 to 19mm socket to get the flywheel off. i forget what size exactly maybe pick up all three if you can they are pretty cheap, or somebody might chime in.
Good luck

yes and make sure you use a 10mm line wrench for the slave cylinder. If not you will round it off. And it is a 12 point 17mm on the flywheel.
