Wheelspecification on GSR -95

I`m buying some new wheels to me car, but i can`t find the original whellsecification. Can you guys help me?

rim size 15x6 inch
offset 45mm
4 bolts on a 100mm diameter circle
I don't know the centerbore diameter...
