startin prob
my car has had starting problems so i started taking steps into replacing things that could contribute to it, i've replaced EVERYTHING with OEM parts from Honda, distributer, plugs, plug wires, fuel pump, main relay, battery so on and so forth, when i turn the key to the on position the fuel pump never came on, now that i have replaced the main relay and the fuel pump there is still no result, the motor isn't blown, it cranks and turns over freely..... what could be the cause for my fuel pump not to come on, oh and i've tryed using 4 diferent ecu's...any help would be appreciated

Ditto. Make sure the fuel pump is getting the fuel to the rail. Once that is verified make sure you are getting spark and then check the timing...both cam and ignition.

the pump wiring is ok cuz i remember when i put in the new pump it could only go one way cuz the negative terminal is smaller than the posotive so the wires would only fit one way and no i'm not getting fuel to the fuel rail cuz the pump never turns on....the spark and timing are both set cuz i get spark and i did the timing so it's set......
fuses?
Go out and buy a wiring diagram - see if the hot wire coming to the fuel pump is getting power. if it isnt see if the same wire gets power at the main relay, if i doesnt there then see if it is getting it from the ecu.

thx i will try that out when i next get the chance and post a result.....i will still take more suggestions on what could be wrong, also anyone know what i should expect in a 1/4 mile with a JDM D16ZC(sohc vtec) with i/h/e and stage 2 exedy clutch in a 91 CRX HF...
try running direct power to the pump...just to see if it does work. If it does then its a problem somewhere between the ecu, relay, and pump. I hate to mess with wiring.....but maybe you could run the wires yourself and then work the pump off a switch...which also works nice as theft prevention.
