ZC swap info?
i currently have a fifth gen civic with a automatic d15b7,i am looking into getting a zc swap, i would do the work myself, but am getting mixed answers to some questions i have, this is my first post here so hopefully i can get some answers...
Will a DOHC zc motor fit into my car (everyone i find is for 4th gen and crx models)?
if it will fit, can i use my tranny or would i get one to fit that motor(ive been told both)?
ecu...can i use mine,if not what one?

Yes, make sure to get an OBD1 motor.

Yes you can use your stock auto tranny, it will bolt right up. You will also reuse your axles.

Yes you could use your stock ECU but it won't be ideal for the motor. I know they made OBD1 DOHC ZC motors in Japan with auto tranny's but finding one of those ECU's might be difficult. In my opinion, I would use a 94-95 Integra LS auto ECU.
