does anyone have any information on the tanabe ultra medallion exhaust? is it unbearably loud? i dont mind catching police's attention since its street legal but i dont want it to be annoying. video clips and pictures would be great!!!

 

omg yes that thing is so loud its almost annoying inside at like 60+mph you cant talk at a normal volume with someone

 

I have a Hyper Medallion exhaust, not sure if there's a big difference between it and an Ultra Medallion. Mine is fairly quiet until you really give it some gas, at which point it roars to life and gets loud, certainly not as loud as other exhaust systems though. Its nice because the sound it emits is a low growl and doesnt sound like a lawnmower going psycho. Pretty much keeps my car under wraps until I wanna unleash it (with whatever I can unleash, given my current mods ).

 

borrowed my buddies ultra medallion for a few months.. i made the mistake of driving home without the baffle from buttonwillow... i didnt enjoy listening to a constant RRAAAAAAA for the 150 mile trip... but yikes.. this exhaust is way too noisy for me(not my piece of cake)... baffleless it will attract the popo... if u leave the baffle in and u drive it hard it will destroy the muffler..

being lightweight having a titanium canister is nice.. and it flows great.. but can you handle it?



i went back to my much cuter and not annoying drager soon after..

 

does anyone know if the Racing Medallion is loud also? im guessing it is
