Default Rings?

Are all 81mm b series rings the same..(OEM rings that is)
for example LS piston rings and GSR piston rings...

Yes, all OEM 81mm B series rings are the same.

the Bearings are diffrent, each block has it's own code for witch bearing each main takes.

But most B series bearings are also interchangable and I believe some are made of better compounds than others.

all b series mains are the same. b16/ls rod bearings are the same, while gsr/its rod bearings are the same. IE mains the same, rod bearins different on some engines.

No you are right and wrong all b series mains are the same yes but each block has it's bearing color code for clearence perposes you can buy just one set and put it in the block but chances are your oil clearence will be off witch in turn will shorten the life of the motor.
