ok someone tell me why you would pay 500 for rota slips when you could get these for 350$???? i like them and they are almost the same exact thing.

The rotas weight is around 11-12 lbs how much do these weight?

hell yeah. I like that design. Not the name rota or slipsteam but the look of them. And with the money i'd save i can get some nice tires

 

When my boy bought a set of slips they came with nippon center caps.. i think they might make rota or something??

Because Slipstreams are available in 15x7", while those are only 6.5" . . .

 

my friend ordered those in blck from the same guy and he sent him gunmetal rims. the quality seems up to par with rota.

Those Nippon wheels were available right after the Slipstreams were released, like 3 years ago.

434 isnt "almost" 500. And why would you buy a copy of a copy? They are heavier and smaller width wise to the rota slips. If you are gonna get a Spoon copy, go with the real copy, not the fake copy.

 

well 1st my car isnt going to fukn sema next year or anything so i really dont care the name brand of the rims i just like them...i mean they look the same....are $110+ cheaper....and omg 7-8 extra pounds on my car?!?!? i mean ive already shed about 150 lbs off the stock weight...

oh yea and 435 is almost 500....35 isnt almost 100 but when dealing with a high number....yea 49,965 is almost 50,000

maybe im the dumb one actually i didnt even know rota was a knockoff of spoon....hmm then again i never look at expensive stuff for my whip....except mugen...

 

yeah i think for they extra 100 bucks or so id rather have .5 inches wider on the ground and 2-3lbs lighter each wheel rota's all the way

 

i have them, i just call them rotas cuz there the same goddamn thing. they are super light weight and durable. i never used the center caps though, there floating around in the junk yard somewere, i love em.

 

plus rota also backs their wheels up...if for whatever reason they break because of craftsmanship, they will honor it and pay for it...dont know about nippon racing...
