Default dc2 omni power coilovers

i just received my set of omni slip on coilovers and there are differerent spring rates on two and obviously the other two are different too. IM just wondering if anyone can tell me which two go in the front and which two go in the rear?

here are the two different numbers i have
0178.63.5.008

0178.63.5.006

thanks for the help

The parts #'s ending in 008 mean 8k, and 006 means 6k. So the springs you should install in the front are the 8k, and the rear should be the 6k. Some people go stiffer springs in the rear, but your spring rates are way too soft to be playing around with that. In no way should you be using 6k up front, and 8k in the rear. If you had a track car and track car only, then you could do a combo like 12k up front and 14k in the rear or something close to that.

i have no idea where you get off saying something like that. what spring rates have you used?

300f/450r worked great for me on street and track (still too stiff for street, but it still worked). i got similar times with my 450/900 setup quite frankly.

but now i prefer stock spring rates all around anyway since i dont do anything but drive normally nowadays.

I have a set of Omni slip on's on my 00 civic ex and the ride is great for street and some street racing, I don't really drag.
