Default Which lighten flywheel should I get? 8 lbs, or the 12lb?

I'm getting a new clutch, ACT street disc with a lighten flywheel. I'm not sure which one to pick, the 8 lbs, or the 12 lbs. Now I've heard that having a really light flywheel is not good also.. so I was thinking about getting the 12 lbs. But which one would you recommend? thanks!

depends on your driving.. they suggest the 12lb for a daily driver. i dont think our stock flywheels weigh that much anyway..
