Default the little header that could (no 56K)...

I hand built a nice little header for a 92 Civic hatch with a 2.0L VTEC (220 whp on a stock JDM ITR header previously). Burns collectors, spring fit secondaries (adjustable length), and multiple outlet collecter configurations. Should be spinning it on the dyno shortly to see the results. Thought you guys would like to see the pics of the build up.

Many thanks to Casey at Burns for the build data, collectors, and great service.

-Devin

if you are running a half radiator, why didnt you have the primaries come out some more?
space doesnt seem to be an issue...

To answer a couple questions:

The height difference from the pan down to the bottom tubes between the JDM ITR 4-1 that came off the car and this header is negligable. Nearly identical ground clearance.

The customer is installing a full width radiator and specifically requested me to build clearance for that.

That is by far the sexiest header I have ever seen!!! I want one! What are you looking to get over the ITR mani? somewhere around like 10-12 whp for the peak and the nice ajdustability of changing the lengths of the secondaries.....so hott....want to touch the hiney!

Well a custom built header always needs some fine tuning so when i spec'd out the header dimensions to Devin, i suggested adjustbale secondaries so the powerband can be fine tuned

kinda of expensive for collectors, but still not that bad considering a race merge collector goes for $300-400.

In addition to the OEM JDM header, will you be dyno'ing it against any other headers?
