FS: JDM P13 OBD1 manual ECU (prelude, H22)
SOLD, but more on the way next week (same pricing).
I have a JDM manual P13 OBD1 ECU up for sale. Looking to get $100 plus shipping for it. ** please see note below **

Special Note:
This was originally a P14 ECU that I converted to VTEC. I have fully tested this on my own Prelude, and it works perfectly. There is no hardware difference whatsoever between this conversion and a genuine P13, so from a buyer's point of view it's identical. This is a good thing, because I can sell this for cheaper than what P13s regularly go for.

What do you have to do to convert the p14 to vtec? Is that a stock p13 chip for the fuel maps? Let me know, i'm looking for a p13, my p28 runs rich no matter what fuel maps I use.

Sorry, I haven't been watching this thread.
Converting a P14 to P13 takes some skillz. Not many can do it. I have managed to figure out all the replacement parts.
The P13 chip is a stock JDM chip. Stock fuel and ignition maps.
If you want, I can replace the chip with a Spoon chip for an extra $20. Has a little better timing on it.

I was only asking because I've done some work on ecu's too. I chipped my p28 myself, and have played some with uberdata, but everything I have runs rich, and I can't figure out why. I'm was just nervous that a chipped p14 would have the same problem even if it was running a p13 chip. I guess I should just get a virgin p13 and stop messing with it. Although I do hate speed limiters...

Well, a stock p13 should run the engine just like stock. If you don't want the speed limiter, the spoon chip is a real good option. However, you can't yet tune a p13 with any rom editor, so this would be a replace-once type of option.
