Default quiet / loud performance exhaust

I saw an article or Ad in Sport Compact Car mag for a kind of free flowing performance exhaust that was quiet until you pushed full throttle then it opened up and was loud and free-er flowing. Something actually moved in the muffler when it had more pressure from the engine exhaust to make it switch.

does anyone know which system this is? name ? link? thanks!
