i'm getting ready to take off my rear bumper cover so i can have it painted tomorrow.. it's currently sagging a tiny bit on the the drivers side from backing into a curb & i'd like to fix that when i put it back on after it's painted. how do i realign it correctly? is some clip or hanger bent a little or what? i don't know much about body work...

 

the bumper is held on by bolts inside the trunk. loosen them and you can move the bumper skin up and down. move it to where you want it to sit and tighten those bolts.
But since you hit something, that might not work.
