well depends, as a reputable seller..If I commited to anyone ..then I for <U>sure</U> would have to sell to them. Regardless if someone was offering me more money. Thats the nature of being a good seller I guess.
I confirmed a price I could afford and you accepted plain and simple.
Now if you would have said " Well, let me entertain some more offers and Ill get back to you " that would be a different story.
But as a buyer and seller on this board, it doesnt take a rocket scientist to realize that you commited to my offer and were just awaiting a time and date to meet with each other.
Please let me know how you rectify this situation, cause I have already went through the hassle of borrowing the money to pick the lip up.
