i have some bad luck man... let me tell you...

alright i live in MA we are having a snow storm currently, which started while i was working so I ask the manager (along with another friend) if i can go home early and he says no... so about 40 min later we see it getting worse outside and we get fed up and just leave... I live about 25 miles away too

I get stuck pulling out of the parking space, luckily my friend was there to help me out.. so i get on the highway going about 25, after about 15 min of driving all of a sudden i guess i hit a rough patch and my car swerves to the right... im stuck again... i call up friends (2 of them) they agree to drive up there to get me...

after about 20 min of waiting and numerous trucks driving by, a cop pulls up and asks if i have any way of getting out i tell them about my friends coming, and he says if they dont have rope to pull me out dont bother, that he doesnt want them on the road.. then he asks if i have AAA which i do, so he says hes going to call them up to get help...

40 min later this tow truck pulls up, says AAA arn't coming out tonight, and that im going to have to pay $150 for them to pull it out, i said i didnt agree to it and immediatley goto the police officer who was about 20 feet away, the guy yells to his co-worker to get in, and they proceed to tow my car out, the police officer said he would take care of it.

so the tow truck driver goes to the police officer they talk for about 3 minutes, and then he comes up to me and says that AAA arnt coming out tonight and that im lucky because hes supposed to fine me 200$ for getting stuck on the snow.. so the guy(tow truck driver) asks me how im going to pay for it and i say i have no cash but i have a debit card but not enough to cover the charge.. he says that he's not supposed to do it but he'll have the charge go on tomorrow afternoon and to deposit that money...

me like a damn idiot signs the reciept... so i get home call AAA and come to find out they are out... i called up the tow truck place and they said i have to call their office..

I told AAA and they said to put in a reimbursement claim... the thing its my father that has the AAA account, but ive used his card numerous times before without a problem.. i guess i can say he was in the car with me.

This guy was a complete dick, he said numerous times dont try to rip me off or your license will get suspended and i'll tow your car... can that happen??

should i call up my bank and not allow the charge to be placed?

 

yeah **** him call the bank up and refuse the charge

 

yea but can that suspend my license, or get me in trouble??

serisously... 90$ to pull my car 10 feet, about 15 min of work, + 60$ for him coming up there

 

he was problay on the streets to find people like to rip off. Telling lies about AAA...

 

then i get home... driveways fileld with snow so i kept going down and i get stuck... since i live on a hill... so im over there frantically reversing and putting it in gear... never passing 5K though... but just getting madder and madder... i hope i didnt damage anything

 

its a blizzard in ohio.

 

that **** happened to me too. my car slide into a ditch bout 20 feet in 5 feet away from a lake. there was no way getting my car out without the tow truck cost me a 100 dollars. I'm glad the state trooper left other wise he might have filed a report that could possible go to my insurance company.
