Eh...cant find nothin again...

Its my friends car, a '97 Accord 4 door with a 4 cylinder (either the 2.0 or 2.2?? liter engine...unsure of what they came with).

Its a 5 speed if that helps. Anyway, he wants to do the camshafts, while I am doing the lowering of his car. Can I get a reccomendation for a hotter cam over stock? This isn't going to be a performence car (he'll never beat me ) but he'd like to get more oomph...and hes already got I/H/E, so I figure cams are a good step. But I cant find squat for em.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...Ima domestic guy, so this aint my specialty.

I would check out performanceaccord.com I have one of their camshafts in my car and it made a huge difference. the car idles like stock and actually gets better gas milage. they are actually very helpful to. they have been making cams for years so you dont have to worry about being a guiny pig

 

check out http://www.webcamshafts.com or http://www.gude.com they make cams for his car, plus im pretty sure crane makes a cam for him too, but only custom made for big $$$
