i am in need of a complete swap for my integra. also will pay for your labor if needed. thanks.

Get your hands dirty. Do the swap yourself. HT'ers are more tha happy to post help for you and there's several start-to-finsih threads on HT. As for labor, get some friends or "friends". All you really need is a jack and hoist...or a lot of muscle...
