The mods you listed will NOT impact your cams decision.
What intake, header and exhaust are you running? Stock ECU still? Are you planning on getting cam gears, and/or dyno tuning or just bolting these in?

Sounds like you don't have an intake, header or exhaust. Get quality parts of those first, then consider what yours goals are. Eirther build the block or go with a stock block and build the head.
Man, Tha best cams to get if you have tha money would be TODA Cams. If you want a stock valve train then get tha spec A cams. If you want tha Spec B or C cams you have to get Toda's valve springs and some retainers as well as there Cam gears too :thumbup. Everyone is going to say get skunk2 cams. There coo if you on a budget. If not get Toda. If you get Toda cams then it would be a good idea to get fuel managment too. I suggest Apex's power FC.
