Finally i got NRG carbon-filber hood lock..it was $31.00 from H-T SN: ImAzn / 3day Shipped to my house

really nice guy.

Can you measure the diameter of the cf circle...I wanna kno if they clear the holes of the existing hood pins...thanks.

No I mean what do they do? Are they like hoodpins but with locking mechanisms instead? I was confused at first but i think I understand the concept now.

It sits flat on the hood and acts as a theft deterent.

Those are called "inside" calipers, so he is actually using them wrong.

Myself and the other engineers that just read that are getting a good laugh

BTW, they are called Vernier Calipers... not a ruler..... the side he is aligning is the inside measuring portion of the caliper (not making it called an inside caliper)
