ok i have searched but only found some info.....Are the 88 crxs the only ones that dont have door mounted seatbelts or is it the 89 too?????

 

The 88's are the only ones with the door mounted belt and the 89's but im pretty sure its only the 88's

All 88's have pillar mounted seatbelts..
Early 89's have pillar mounted seatbelts..(I think hf only)
All late 89 and 90-91 have door mounted seatbelts..

 

they all have a problem retracting, so i have to tell everyone not to shut the belt latch into the door

 

Well i really need to kno cuz I need to get a window for my 88dx...but not sure if an 89 will fit...
