My fuel pump isn't turning on when key is on the on position, but i hear a buzz noise coming from my main relay. What does that mean?

usually when it is cold thats when the main relay locks up. it should be replaced.

Well, if you have an older Civic, like a 5th gen, chances are that your Main Relay is going bad. If you have a soldering iron handy, remove the relay and touch up the solder joints.

If this doesn't eliminate the problem, your Main Relay may need to be replaced.
