Basically what happens is when I'm in 1-3 gears I can't go over 4000 rpms, the engine sputers.

I had this problem about 6 months ago and I took it too the honda dealer and he said it was the vtec connector that was not seated correctly, Anyone have any idea where this connector is or have an Idea on how to fix the problem, Please help
