I work at an insurance company, give me your points (steps/SDIP) and zipcode. I'll check it out and see how much it'll run you.

I'm only 21 and step 13, only cost $2600/yr. Will be $2300 after my lo-jack certificate comes.

I'm 20, live in So Cal, on my own insurance (not with parents), no good student discount, and I pay only 950 a year for full coverage on my 98 2dr GSR (with i think 350 or 500 deductable)

Having no points and a cheap beater for the multi car discount owns
The beater (88 civic 4dr) only costs me 550 a year

My god, that's insane. How many points and tickets do you have on your record?

I just insured my '95 GSR with full coverage ($250 deductibles) for $1350 year. I'm with NJ Manufacturers Insurance Company though. The only way you can get them is if you are born into it (your parent's have it) or your company is a part of it. I just added my '90 Integra to my policy and it's only $450/yr. That's insane though. My buddies have saved alot of money actually by buying another beater vehicle (Civic, Mirage, Yugo, etc). Get full coverage on that and make it your primary vehicle that you drive to work. Then insure your GSR as a secondary vehicle. My buddy is doing that and he's paying like $1600/yr for his EVO, hehe.
