FS: JDM B16A with 99SI Hydro Tranny (VA, MD, DC Area)
Up for sale is a JDM B16A with Hydro Tranny, roughly 45K on motor. This will be sold as a complete unit, no parting out.
This swap includes the following, nothing more nothing less.
-B16A Complete Stock Head (intake manifold, exhaust manifold, all sensors(in working order) , fuel rail, fuel injectors, OBD0 Dizzy, cap, plugs,wires, spark plugs) New valve cover and spark plug gaskets, New end caps and ring seals on the camshafts. New intake manifold gasket and exhaust manifold gasket.
**The exhaust manifold already had two O2 sensors welded in where they should be on the exhaust runners, this is required when doing this swap for the ODB0 ecu. If you don't need the O2 sensor for your particular swap, you may just unplug them, or change the exhuast manifold.**
-B16A Block, stock internals, new head gasket replaced when swap was done, timing belt replaced, water pump, front and rear main seals, thermostat,
all sensors on block in working condition, alternator included.
-99 Si Hydro Tranny
starter (the return spring on the starter sticks, so it kinda grinds when you start the car, but it does start, suggest replacing it when you got some extra cash), clutch, 99 Si axles included.
-OBD0 ECU
- This swap is in my 1991 CRX Si, and will be removed roughly within the next 2 weeks, so if you buy it in this time frame you can come see that it runs fine with no leaks, no rough idle, no bogging, no problems unlike the rest of the problems you hear with swapped cars. All of my sensors work in perfect condition, no Check Engine lights, nothing. This motor is timed and tuned properly to run perfectly everytime you turn it on. I'm leaving the motor in the car doing this as a courtesy to the buyer so they know they are buying a good motor and have peace of mind when they do buy it. When I have payment in hand, I will remove the motor for the buyer while they wait. (approximately 1.5 hours needed)
If you buy after the 2 week time period, the motor will already be out.
This sale does not include motor mounts, hydro to cable tranny conversion kit, shift linkage, rear integra tranny mount or vtec subharness, only the items you see listed above. You will need to purchase these items separtely in order to complete this swap.
Price is $1850.
Just to put it in perspective, most JDM motor dealers ask 1200- 1300 for the cable tranny version of this swap. You have to pay for shipping if one is not close (another 250 or so bucks) and if you go hydro, you pay another 400-500 dollar. They do not include the parts that I have already replaced, i.e gaskets, seals, water pump, timing belt, etc. They also do not gaurantee all sensors to work, also if you have a bad part, you have to go through the hassle of shipping it back to them and waiting. I am giving you the opprotunity to see this motor run in working condition if you buy within the 2 weeks. I feel I have posted a fair price and it will not be negotiated, if you want to buy it for that price fine, if not please do not send me requests to lower the price.
