Amuse has over-axle AND underaxle. Resonated and non-resonated.
Kakimoto uses a different kind of Ti alloy for their exhaust - the kind that is soft enough to be mandrel bent. Amuse (and ARC) use the kind that has to be hacked and welded together - like HRC does on the RC211V exhaust

There are <U>4</U> Amuse exhausts for DC2; I was pretty sure at least one of them was over-axle. Maybe Ben would know for sure though.

The lightest Amuse is roughly 8lbs catback. The cost is near 1500 USD shipped as well. If you are wanting a titanium exhaust, get the lightest, anything other you are just wasting money. Alot of companies like JIC make a titanium exhaust which is no significantly lighter than a normal exhaust. It is a low grade titanium.
Oh yeah, be prepared on how loud it will be!

This my buddy DC5RK20A's non-resonated Amuse; it's not a DC2R but it's the only clip that I know of:

I was in the market for the Amuse system. To be honest with you, I am not certain of the power gains or what not. The only thing I was willing to pay for about the exhaust was simply the fact that the COMPLETE catback weighed 8lbs.
When you get to a point in reducing chassis weight and have no where to turn, you will then realize that $1500 to discount 30+ lbs is well worth it. In my opinion it is, but thats subjective.
You should PM memoryfab. He has the exhaust same exhaust except without the name tag AMUSE for $800 USD shipped. Dig into his previous threads. They are tread to ship.
FYI, alot of JDM products are manufactured in Taiwan. There is a huge Titanium exhaust outlet somewhere out there. They create the JIC, Amuse, etc systems. On top of that, they even creat the GruppeM exhausts. Yeah, the GruppeM that has a serious mark up.
My friend purchased a Moteck/GruppeM titanium exhaust for his E46 M3. Guess what? Its made in Taiwan.
My suggestion, if you are concerned about the money, again, look up memoryfab, get with him and buy through him. The only thing you dont get is the name tag.

Are Amuse and JIC exhausts really made by the same factory? I've seen the Amuse R1 Titan and JIC Bullet up close and personal. The R1 in terms of quality looks so much nicer than the JIC Bulet. Even the bends of the Amuse piping are so much smoother.

True some JDM ch*t is made in Taiwan; I've heard it's the same folk that make the high-end Ti golf clubs OEM for some of the big names over here.
That being said, take a closer look at the exhausts Memoryfab is selling:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=872976&page=1

That is nowhere close to an Amuse R1/R1000 Titan. It actually looks more like the JIC Spartan, which has pretty crappy welds if you ask me (saw one up close in Chiba). Also being sold under the brand GP Sports in Japan.
Amuse

Amuse

This is the one I saw. There's no way that the same people that make JIC's Ti products are making this exhaust also. The quality is so different.

Edit: They've posted their dyno gains with their exhaust also:
