Default just bought an ef

i got me an 88 civic hatch for $200. its in pretty good shape for the price. the engine is in pretty bad condition. i wanna put my d15b8 that used to be in my 92 hatch into the ef. can i use the obd0 ecu? what kind of rewiring am i looking at? links would be helpful. thanks a lot.

dont do a b8 swap...might as well ride a bike instead of putting that **** in.

spend 600 and get a jdm d15b sohc vtec with p08 ecu from hmotorsonline.com! It movesss

I think you should be able to use the existing IM and just leave it OBD0......

the obd1 intake mani won't work with obd0?

just find a new d15 or d16a6 motor and swap it in....much easier

It should work, you'll need to use an OBD0 distributor.. I don't see why it wouldn't wire up.
