just wondering what it they run , my freind is about to by one in a 5spd. and i wanted to now what he should expect from it stock

my guess would be mid to high 15s but it also depends on driver and how hard the cars been run

 

go run it and find out.

 

15.5 and if it is gifted low 15s, and it depends on the driver alot too...

 

15.50's is prolly all you should expect. The Best time ive seen in a stock GSR is 15.0, all Stock

 

i'v seen 14.2 the best stock.

 

my bro and i raced a friends stock gsr back in july 2003 at infineon.
my best was 15.062 @ 90.670 and my bro did 15.214 @ 91.250

I doubt its stock....low 15's high 14.8.9's.....depending on driving skills, weather, tires, suspensions...there's never a definite answer on times....

 

bone stock 94 and 95 gsr's were the fastest. There is only a few that i've seen with those times tho.

 

15.0 with a gsr? my stock ls ran that before i went turbo. lol

The only person your kidding with this statement is yourself. Sure, it has some truth to it but that is not entirely the case.

Due to the physical universe we live in we are constrained to simple laws of physics. It would be benificial for you to go to your public library and start reading. There is no way in hell a stock GSR is going to post a 14.0 time slip or for that matter, a 14.2 in the 1/4 mile...ever.

This doesn't include doing it down a hill either. We're talking a real bonafied certified drag strip.

Well rather some of you are liars seeking attention or rather you just dont have any real life track experience. NO Gsr, I repeat NOOOOOOOOO Gsr will run a low 14 or even a mid 14. Now, occasionally you will see a car thats in very good condition that some would consider a "factory beast" that might pull a low 15 or 15.0 flat. And whoever posted the Ls running a 15.0 is mistaken as well. I mean people, i dont care what sea level or temperature you guys are running @, your not fooling anyone here. Sorry, whammy,
