I came across it and the build quality looks pretty decent from the pictures, and the price is good. I was wondering if anyone had one of these and could comment on the quality of the video shot with one.

 

I can't comment on the quality of this particular product, but there are a few different identical ones that seem to work fine. There's also a DIY one out there (actually this was years before there was a marketed one). I would assume that if it was tight on the headrest, and the camera mount was tight as well all would be good.
