My friend swapped a D16Z6 into a EF and didint know how to wire up the ECU correctly ? So his friend supposably he knows his **** wired up vtec to a switch . He has to hit the switch for vtec to engage? I tried to tell him to do it the right way but hes a dumbass and wont listen to me. I offered him directions to do it the right way but he refused and said that his car feels way faster when the vtec starts a 2K RPM!

wiring vtec to a toggle switch is about ******* retarded. it would make more sense if he had a RPM activate switch with pills. that would suit him better if he was that lazy not to wire the vtec up.

Tell him to come on HT and tell us how his VTEC switch works and lets us make him feel at home HT with a nice flame show. I know how you feel about your friend because I have many know it alls friends who act the same but when they come with me to my mechanic and tell him what they told me about all the bullshit, the facial expressions on my mechanics face is priceless........ trust made him feel real stupid bah you live and you learn.

I think you should introduce him to someone who knows what they are talking about and make him get humiliated for think he knows jack when he knows ****.

I hate know-it-alls who know NOTHING! Especially when they're too stubborn to even listen to your side of the arguement. I have a friend like that (who will remain nameless for now) who thinks that using 10lb of bondo to fill the grooves in his front bumper on his 91 probe will make his car capable of reaching 250+km/h due to increased aerodynamics.
