Engine Noise when shutting off ?? HELP

Engine Noise when shutting off ?? HELP
I just had a B16 (SIR-II) put in my EG, and for the first month or two it has been fine. But Now i've noticed that when I shut off the engine after a second or two I hear this like "Whining" noise. At first I thought it was my intake, but Im really not sure. It doesnt sound like intake. Anybody with any idea what it might be please help.
