My only question is why would you put the O2 sensor in the direct downstream of the Crankcase evac? Aren't you worried that it might clog the o2?

 

Looks good, keeping the primarys at the same exit angle as the port itself seems to be a new trend that works.. My new(RMF) header is similar in that respect.
I also see the evac placement causing problems with the o2 readings itself as well as the clogging issues.
