Default Header and a high flow midpipe?

How much power do you think id gain with those? Its on a 90 Ex/2dr/5spd Accord w/ a 94 f22b1sohc vtec on it.. any ideas would help... thanks

that directly depends on what other modifications you've done to your car...we can't give you a set amount of power that a header makes, especially not knowing the design of the piece...

My bad.. its jus an regular 94 f22b1 with a short ram.. and the headers is a 4-2-1 and the midpipe is a 2.5 all the way back to my muffler

If you have a stock muffler and keep the old cat, it wont be much. I'd say 5 hp to the wheels for both if youre lucky. Replace the cat with a new high flow model (because its so old and clogging), a nice cat back exhaust 2.25-2.5, a header, and you should see 5-10. Accords are a bitch to go fast, esp. with boltons

Nah.. its got a high flow cat 2.. sorry.. its gon be 4-2-1 headers, then the 2.5 highflow midpipe w/the highflow cat and my stock dtm muffler
