Ive ruled out the cable. There is some binding when I fully depress the pedal. Its only in the pedal, as I disconnected the cable to test. It appears that the return spring is just not doing its job, and the pedal gets stuck after a certain "top" spot. Has this happened to anyone? what was the solution. Thanks
