Why are you asking this question in the EG+ Civic forum and not in the Integra or Hybrid forums?
The crankshafts are different, but I'm not sure if the dimeter of the journals is the same or not, thus I'm not sure if the rod caps from a GSR will fit the LS rods and/or crank.
