Default throttle body seems to get stuck, b18c5 aebs manifold with jg tb into a gsr

I believe I am using an b16 throttle cable and bracket with the aebs manifold and a 65mm jg tb

when i first step on the gas and let go its fine, then when i try to step on the gas again its as if something is holding it back from opening the tb and i have to force the pedal down i hear a pop noise and i can accelerate normal again. My question is does it sound like the tb is jus dirty, i need to change the tb pulley? or what

its a b18c1 into a gsr, i might be using the stock gsr throttle cable im not sure.

any suggestions????

You need to adjust the throttle plate.

The screw with the spring needs to be adjusted to prevent the plate catching the throttle body.

It is not really the plate that is catching. Look at the back of the TB wheel. I bet it is moved to far inward on the shaft and is catching against the main body of the TB itself. on the underside of the wheel there should be a tiny screw that you can loosen to pull the wheel slightly backwards off the shaft.
