what causes high HC (PPM) on emission levels?
i failed smog today and the idle on HC (PPM) failed. the max was 100 and was measured 131. my idle was 890 rpm. the 2500 rpm passed though.
many people said to change cat. if it was to be a bad cat wouldnt it fail the 2500 rpm also? or is my idle too high?
