Lug nuts/locks on three piece wheels?

Lug nuts/locks on three piece wheels?
I have a set of wheels that have center caps, all the lug nuts/ lock sets I have are to tall to run the caps over. Anyone have any suggestions? They also kinda need to be thin, some of the ones I have I can't get a socket over.
Do wheel companies make lug nuts and/or sockets for their own wheels?
